Conference Services Technician

Job Summary The primary function for this position is to provide support to all departments requesting conference services for UC Davis Health events at the Medical Center and other venues. The role of this position will be to provide complete customer service and to process all requests in a timely manner. Conference services coordinates media equipment set-up and use, classroom and conference room reservation management, space layout consultation, assigned space maintenance and repair coordination, and service inquiry response. This position will process all requests via-email, online software and telephone. Conference Services will coordinate arrangements with other departments and attend meetings and conferences as requested/needed for onsite support.
