About the role

Join Polaris Logistics as a delivery driver! You will drive and deliver Amazon packages from a cargo van, following a new or similar route each day. We provide comprehensive training, a supportive team, and an adaptation period to ensure your success. Pay

$21.75/hour (~$40,000+/year). Bi-weekly pay with on-demand payment options. Paid training upon completion.

Schedule

Start time: 11:00 AM | End time: 7:00–8:00 PM (Most drivers work 8 to 9 hours/day).

• 3–5 day workweek (subject to availability)
• Saturday and Sunday required during the first 30 days; afterward, a minimum of 1 weekend day is required.

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Drug test required (marijuana/THC not tested)
• Basic English proficiency

No prior experience required; training provided. Former FedEx, DoorDash, or other delivery drivers are welcome.
