Concrete Truck Driver (CDL) – Concrete Delivery Professional

Sign-on bonus of $2,500 and top pay rate of $32/hour. Guaranteed 40-hour minimum in designated market areas (eligibility based on seasonality and coworker availability).

About the Role

• Transport and deliver concrete safely and on time
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicle; communicate mechanical issues to fleet services
• Communicate with dispatch regarding roster duties and monitor delivery tickets for special instructions
• Maintain operator logs and records in accordance with NESL policy and DOT regulations
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both external and internal customers
• Maintain professional working condition and appearance of vehicle

Requirements

• Valid Class A or B CDL
• 2 years of experience
• Compliance with NESL driving standards
• Physically able to climb a ladder, enter/exit truck, and tolerate heights up to 12 feet
• Able to consistently lift 50+ lbs
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow and learn
• Team mindset aligned with "The NESL WAY" (focus on safety, quality, and accuracy)
• High school graduate or GED
