About the Role

Lexus Concrete is expanding and seeking a skilled Concrete Superintendent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing our concrete projects, ensuring that all work meets our high standards and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily operations of concrete projects.
• Plan, assign, and direct work for crew members to ensure efficient project completion.
• Ensure all projects are completed in accordance with blueprints, plans, and material lists.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, ensuring all safety protocols and regulations are followed.
• Provide training and guidance to crew members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the course of a project.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and any issues encountered.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in concrete or construction, specifically with residential homes.
• Strong ability to multitask, self-motivate, and operate independently.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise a team effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Language Proficiency

• Proficiency in English is required.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable, or a basic understanding of Spanish is preferred.

Schedule

Monday — Friday, 7:00 AM — 4:00 PM
