Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate field teams
- Site logistics and manpower planning
- Material and equipment management
- Scheduling and time tracking
- Safety compliance and documentation
- Supervise multiple trades and subcontractors
- Collaborate with project management to maintain schedule and budget targets
- Promote a culture of safety and accountability on-site
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, with a focus on concrete operations
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Lead Superintendent
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in construction management or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with scheduling tools and cost control practices
