CONCRETE SALES / QUALITY CONTROL ASSOCIATE

Westview Concrete Corp is hiring for a full-time Concrete Sales / Quality Control Associate to close deals and monitor product quality in the Avon, OH area.

Schedule

This full-time position typically works 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday. Some flexibility is needed as weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with both current and potential clients to establish rapport and maintain lasting relationships with building contractors.
• Negotiate sales and close deals based on the individual needs of each client.
• Provide exceptional customer service and accurate quotes to contractors.
• Work closely with contractors to meet all their needs.
• Monitor the quality of products and gather vital feedback from customers to continually improve services.
• Ensure the products offered are high quality and built to last.

Requirements

• Sales and customer service experience.
• Proficiency with computers.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• At least 2 years of verifiable experience in construction and/or ready-mix concrete.
• Prior experience in the industry is a plus.
