We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if real content. Remove boilerplate. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content. From posting: - Job ID: 529149 Century Concrete, Inc., a CRH company, has operated since 1982... (some intro). We can include a short paragraph about company maybe under About the role? Actually "About the role" heading is for description of role. We'll include a paragraph summarizing role overview. - "Why Join Us?" includes Competitive Compensation: $24-26.50/hr based on experience and certifications. Also Growth Opportunities, Supportive Team Environment. Those could be Benefits? Actually Benefits section: we have "What CRH Offers You" includes highly competitive base pay, comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs, group retirement savings program, health and wellness programs, inclusive culture. So we can put Benefits section with those bullet points. - Pay: we have Competitive Compensation: $24-26.50/hr based on experience and certifications (ACI Level 1, Aggregate Testing Certification, and Hardened Properties Certification). So Pay section with that. - Schedule: not mentioned. So omit Schedule. - Responsibilities: list of duties under "Key Responsibilities". We'll output as
  • . - Requirements: maybe under "Who We’re Looking For" includes Experience, Certifications, Skills, Education, Physical & Work Environment Requirements. We can split into Requirements (experience, certifications, education) and Skills (technical skills). But we have both Requirements and Skills headings allowed. We'll put Requirements: Experience, Certifications, Education. Skills: Proficient in ASTM and ACI testing procedures; capable of calibrating equipment, analyzing results, solving complex problems; excellent decision-making and communication skills; Tech Savvy: comfortable using computers to record data and generate reports. - Qualifications: maybe combine with Requirements? But we can treat Qualifications as certifications? However we already have Certifications under Requirements. Could also have Qualifications section for certifications? But we must not create empty sections. We'll decide: Use Requirements for experience and education; Skills for technical and soft skills; Benefits for benefits; Pay for pay; About the role for overview; Responsibilities for duties. We must not repeat job title as heading. We'll not include Job ID. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract. Company intro: "Century Concrete, Inc., a CRH company, has operated since 1982. By building solid partnerships with our communities, customers, and employees, we have nurtured solid growth. With safety first, our priority is to attract, develop and retain talented employees through a culture of high performance, career building opportunities based on mutual commitment and a balanced, high quality of life." Could be part of About the role? Might be better as a brief company overview but we don't have a heading for company. Could put under About the role as introductory paragraph. "Click here to check out this great opportunity" is a link, but we should remove navigation? It's not boilerplate but it's a call to action; maybe we can keep as part of About the role? However instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This is not exactly those; but it's a promotional link. Might be okay to keep as part of About the role? Might be considered navigation? Safer to omit? The instruction says remove application instructions. This is not application instruction but a call to view opportunity. Might be okay to keep but it's just a link; we could drop it as it's not substantive content. We'll drop. Then: "Are you ready to build a career where your precision, expertise, and attention to detail directly impact the success of every project? Step into an essential role as a Concrete Quality Control Field Technician, where your commitment to excellence and safety shapes the future of construction. We value your skills and invest in your growth, offering rewarding compensation and advancement for those with industry certifications and proven experience." This is role overview. Then "Why Join Us?" with bullet points: Competitive Compensation, Growth Opportunities, Supportive Team Environment. We'll treat Competitive Compensation as Pay section; Growth Opportunities and Supportive Team Environment could be part of Benefits? But Benefits section already has list from "What CRH Offers You". We could combine them. However we must not invent sections; we can include Benefits with those items. We'll include both sets under Benefits. But we need to avoid duplication: "Competitive Compensation" appears both in Why Join Us and Pay section; we will put the pay details in Pay section, not duplicate in Benefits. Growth Opportunities: "Advance your career through hands-on work, specialized training, and support for professional certifications." Supportive Team Environment: "Collaborate with highly skilled professionals in a culture that values safety, integrity, and innovation." These are benefits; we can include them in Benefits section as bullet points. Now "Position Overview": Under guidance of Technical Services Manager, you’ll perform ASTM-standard tests on concrete and raw materials to guarantee the highest quality and ensure products meet exact specifications. You’ll become a trusted resource for our customers, providing expert support on concrete performance, mix design, and technical specifications. That's part of About the role. Now "Key Responsibilities": list. Now "Who We’re Looking For": Experience, Certifications, Skills, Education, Physical & Work Environment Requirements. We'll split: - Requirements: Experience (At least two years’ experience in concrete quality control testing and mix design preferred.), Certifications (ACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician certification highly preferred. Additional certifications in Aggregate Testing and Hardened Properties (Compressive Cylinders) a plus.), Education (High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college coursework in a related field is preferred.) - Skills: Proficient in ASTM and ACI testing procedures; capable of calibrating equipment, analyzing results, and solving complex problems. Excellent decision-making and communication skills required. Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computers to record data and generate reports. Physical & Work Environment Requirements: This could be part of Requirements? But we have no specific heading for Physical Requirements. Could include under Requirements as a bullet? But we have only allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could put Physical & Work Environment Requirements under Requirements as a bullet list. Or we could create a Qualifications section for that? But Qualifications is similar to Requirements; we could use Qualifications for physical requirements. However we already have Requirements for experience, certifications, education. We could use Qualifications for physical & work environment. Let's decide: Use Requirements for experience, certifications, education. Use Qualifications for physical & work environment requirements. That seems reasonable. Now Benefits: from "What CRH Offers You": Highly competitive base pay (but we already have Pay section; we could mention base pay there; but we should not duplicate. We'll keep Pay section with the hourly rate; Benefits section will include comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs, group retirement savings program, health and wellness programs, an inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion. Also include Growth Opportunities and Supportive Team Environment from Why Join Us. Now Pay: Competitive Compensation: $24-26.50/hr based on your experience and certifications (ACI Level 1, Aggregate Testing Certification, and Hardened Properties Certification). Now Schedule: none. Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no /. Use

    for each section heading. Use
    • for lists. Use

for prose. We must not include empty sections. Let's craft. Structure:
