About the role

Responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Collaborates with clients to define project scope and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams and ensure timely completion of projects within budget and scope.
• Oversee design and construction phases, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project progress.
• Prepare and present project reports to clients and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
