Responsibilities

• Lead concrete crews on curb, gutter, sidewalk, flatwork, inlets, structures and related site concrete
• Read and interpret plans, grades and specs, and lay out work accordingly
• Schedule labor, equipment and material deliveries to keep production on pace with the project schedule
• Own daily quality control, forming, placement, finishing and inspection readiness

Requirements

• 5 or more years running concrete crews in site development, heavy civil or roadway construction
• Strong plan reading and grade and layout skills
• Working knowledge of FDOT and local municipal specs preferred
• Proven ability to lead, train and hold a crew accountable in a production environment
• Valid driver's license with clean record, plus OSHA 10 or 30 preferred

Pay

$38 - $48 per hour
