Concrete Finisher (Union)

About the role

Lunda Construction Company, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Concrete Finisher (Union) to join their project sites in the Black River Falls, WI; Waukesha, WI; Hilbert, WI; and Rosemount, MN regions. This is a Union Position.

Responsibilities

• Pours bridge decks, sidewalks, parking ramps, footings, piers, abutments, curbs, tunnels, and other various architectural structures.
• Grinds and patches on walls, abutments, and piers.
• Repairs concrete: prepares and installs various patching materials.
• Grinds and rubs: grinds and chips seams and plugs holes on vertical walls.
• Other various duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 4 years’ experience pouring concrete.
• Self-motivated.
• Problem solver.
• Dedicated.
• Strict attention to detail.
• Availability for some nights and weekends.
• Availability to work some overtime, as required.
• Physically fit and able to lift 50 pounds.
• Able to work outdoors in hot and cold weather.
• Team player – ability to work as a team.
• Ability to pass initial and random drug tests.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
