Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Performing duties such as waterproofing above and below grade including air/vapor barrier, joint sealants and caulking, traffic coatings, and hot applied systems.
  • Lifting objects or materials weighing 60+ pounds.
  • Assisting other skilled trade workers (caulking, waterproofing, etc.) in their performance.
  • Using hand tools and small power tools.
  • Performing other relevant duties as assigned.

Education, Experience & Qualifications Required

  • A minimum education level of High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience is required.
  • A valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation and a clean driving record- a valid Chauffer’s License preferred.

Travel

Some travel is required for this position; the employee must be willing to travel to surrounding job sites. RAM will compensate a per diem for travel and overnight stay if applicable.

Technology

If required, the employee will be properly trained on how to use software’s/equipment/etc.

  • Standing/walking for up to 12 hours a day
  • Indoor/outdoor settings
  • Areas close to traffic

Following Instructions

Adhering to instructions from superintendents, project managers and construction plans and blueprints.

Cleanliness

Maintaining a clean, organized and hazard free work area.

Safety Compliance

Following all RAM health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe work environment.

Physical Demands

  • Rarely = less than 10%
  • Occasionally = up to 33%
  • Frequently = up to 66%
  • Continuously = 67% to 100%
