The role is responsible for overseeing project execution in the Midwest region, ensuring all projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project teams to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and scope.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction management or project execution.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Experience with project management software such as Primavera or MS Project.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in construction management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
