Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of tasks including concrete finishing, earthwork, and site utilities.
• Unload and move construction materials, build forms, and pour large concrete pours.
• Install items into freshly poured concrete, spread, level, and smooth wet concrete.
• Create concrete forms and use machinery to direct wet concrete into them.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of concrete finishing experience required.
• Willingness to learn and follow all safety policies and requirements.
• The ability to climb, kneel, bend, crawl, work on ladders, platforms, and mechanical lifts.
• Understanding of English.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Work Environment

You will be subject to various work environments including high/low temperatures, areas close to traffic, loud and frequent noises, confined spaces, heights, indoor/outdoor settings.
