Concrete Finisher
About the Role
Command Performance Constructors is seeking concrete laborers, form setters, finishers, and foremen who can be pivotal team players and take part in the leadership of the company. We are looking for candidates who desire to succeed financially and develop skills that can be used in all facets of life.
Ideal candidates will have construction experience, a truck driving license, the ability to read plans, work safely, and communicate effectively. Experience in military projects is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Form, pour, and finish concrete
- Set forms and assist with concrete finishing as an experienced finisher, form setter, or laborer
- Develop a knowledge of project plans and specifications
- Protect the company from improper ‘At-Risk’ activities by monitoring adherence to all safety procedures
- Build camaraderie with co-workers
- Interact with site inspectors and follow construction guidelines
Requirements
- 5+ years’ field experience (must provide references)
- Civil construction background required (paving, grading, site concrete, demolition)
- Experience with forming and finishing concrete
- OSHA safety certification a plus
- Prior experience dealing with site inspectors and following construction guidelines
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Pay
Hourly rate: USD $28–55/hour (competitive salary commensurate with experience).
