Responsibilities
- Place, level, and finish concrete surfaces (sidewalks, slabs, curbs, decks, seawalls, etc.)
- Ssmooth and shape surfaces using hand and power tools
- Apply finishing techniques including troweling, edging, and broom finishes
- Monitor curing processes and apply sealants when required
- Read and follow project plans and supervisor instructions
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of concrete finishing experience
- Knowledge of concrete finishing tools and techniques
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and team attitude
