Concrete Estimator

Summary Of Position

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator to join our growing Concrete team in York, PA. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for concrete-related projects while working closely with team members throughout the process.

Requirements

• Prior estimating experience preferred.
• Prior field construction experience preferred.
• Advanced comprehension of drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in construction and estimating software: Timberline, Microsoft Schedule, Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Proficiency in quantity take-off systems: QTO, OST & Paydirt.
