Concrete Cut Core Demo Technician

Duties

• Operate concrete cutting and coring equipment including wall saws, flat saws, core drills, and hand tools.
• Execute selective demolition projects while ensuring minimal impact to surrounding structures.
• Review job specifications and site conditions to plan safe and efficient cutting/coring operations.
• Work with site supervisors and project managers to coordinate workflow and meet project timelines.
• Perform pre-operation checks and basic maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal function.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering strictly to safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Accurately document job site activities, material usage, and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with concrete cutting, coring, or demolition tools preferred; willing to train highly motivated individuals.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with construction environments.
• Physically capable of handling equipment and working in demanding conditions, including confined spaces.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required, ability to obtain Med Card.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to safety and compliance with all jobsite regulations and procedures.
