About the role
Concrete Crew Member
Responsibilities
- Setting forms including stakes, edge forms, wall forms
- Grading base materials and placing rebar
- Placing wet concrete
- Finishing concrete to various specifications
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Prior construction experience
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically capable of lifting 50–75 pounds
- Reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
- Able to work into the evening to finish floors
- Forklift experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
- Responsible, accountable, dedicated, punctual, professional and dependable
Qualifications
- Ability to stay later into the evening to properly finish floors
- Previous experience on construction jobsites
- Forklift operation experience (preferred)
Skills
- Physical strength and endurance

- Outdoor work experience
- Manual dexterity
