Concrete Construction Laborers

About the role

STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES develops and integrates products, engineering support, repair and maintenance services to provide value-added solutions for owners, engineers, and contractors. We provide specialty contracting services and state-of-the-art proprietary products through our technologies company, serving the Commercial, Public, Transportation Industrial, and Power markets to tackle challenging construction projects.

As the exclusive U.S. licensee of VSL® post-tensioning systems, STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES offers VSL® products and technical support, used globally since 1956 for bridges, buildings, tanks, and special structures.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily tasks according to defined procedures.
• Operate power tools (e.g., rotary hammers, chipping hammers, circular saws).
• Operate large equipment such as boom lifts, scissor lifts, forklifts, and skid steers (familiarity advantageous).
• Work at heights and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Follow safety protocols and use standard PPE at construction sites.
• Take instructions and fulfill tasks in a team-oriented, solution-driven environment.

Requirements

• Some experience in the construction field as a laborer or technician.
• Ability to speak English.
• Proactive, professional, and positive attitude with a focus on safety.
• Good health, fitness, hand-eye coordination, and ability to stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work more than 40 hours per week.
• Must provide own transportation.
• Pre-employment drug screen required.
