Concrete Carpenter - Allied Concrete

About the role

Allied Concrete is seeking experienced carpenters for their concrete teams in Billings, MT.

Responsibilities

• Reading blueprints, sketches, and building plans to determine dimensions.
• Shaping or cutting materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws.
• Building or repairing formwork of footings, walls, columns, experience with Symons Forming Systems.
• Verifying the trueness of structures using carpentry tools and techniques.

Requirements

• Ability to work overtime and Saturdays on an as-needed basis.
• Ability to work on construction projects in both standard and high-risk areas.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job including close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Performing this job requires use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, sit, talk and hear, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• Able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in shaping or cutting materials to specified measurements.
• Experience with Symons Forming Systems.

Skills

• Knowledge of carpentry tools and techniques.
