About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and reliable Concrete Boom Pump Operator to join our growing team in San Antonio, TX. Experience using any of the equipment listed below is what we're looking for.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain concrete pump equipment on job sites
• Work closely with site crews to ensure precise concrete placement
• Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance to keep machinery in top condition
• Adhere to all safety standards and site protocols
• Support general concrete-related tasks as needed
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• 1+ years of experience operating heavy machinery
• Must have a strong commitment to jobsite safety
• Valid commercial driver's license preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Diligent in demonstrating safe work practices
