Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor computerized concrete batching equipment to produce concrete according to customer specifications and mix designs
• Schedule and coordinate concrete production to meet project and delivery requirements
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and environmental regulations
• Assist with plant repairs, maintenance activities, and other operational duties as needed
• Willingness to work under a union collective bargaining agreement
• Travel as needed
