About the role
Responsible for operating concrete/asphalt sawing and/or drilling machines to cut and drill various materials. Duties include setting up equipment, monitoring operations, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Responsibilities
- Operate sawing and drilling machines safely and efficiently
- Set up and adjust equipment according to project specifications
- Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance checks
- Monitor operations and report any issues to supervisors
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience operating similar machinery
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Qualifications
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices
- Basic computer skills for job-related tasks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
