About the role

As a Crumbl Crew Member, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience. Your day will include greeting customers with a friendly "Welcome to Crumbl," explaining the current cookie menu, taking orders, and processing payments. You'll also answer phones, assist with product questions, and help keep the store running smoothly. Behind the scenes, you'll mix dough, bake cookies, and work alongside your teammates to prepare and present our signature products.

• Mix dough, bake cookies, and prepare products.
• Work independently and as part of a team to maintain a high energy and welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

• At least 16 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Friday and Saturday availability required, but flexible scheduling is available for students.

Pay and Schedule

We are currently hiring for both full-time and part-time positions. Year-round availability is required to be considered. Pay and Schedule:

• Earn between $17 and $20 per hour, including tips, with an overall average of $18 per hour.
• Shifts run from 4:00 PM to 10:15 PM.
