About the Role

Crumbl is looking for a confident, reliable Closing Shift Lead who can keep the energy high, the cookies beautiful, and the team moving in the right direction. You'll take ownership of the evening shift, support your crew through the dinner rush, and make sure the store is clean, stocked, and ready to succeed the next morning. This role is designed for someone who leads by example, stays calm when things gets busy, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever help is needed.

Pay and Schedule

Earn $17–$21 per hour, including tips. Closing shifts typically run from 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Availability on both Friday and Saturday is required, along with dependable, year-round availability. Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available.

Responsibilities

As a Closing Shift Lead, you'll be the person your team looks to for direction, encouragement, and answers. You'll:

  • Lead and motivate the evening crew
  • Assign stations, delegate tasks, and keep the shift on schedule
  • Maintain excellent cookie quality and presentation
  • Support baking, decorating, packaging, and guest service
  • Handle customer concerns with confidence and professionalism
  • Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and company standards
  • Complete closing checklists, cash-handling duties, and shift documentation
  • Coordinate cleaning, restocking, and preparation for the next morning
  • Communicate important updates to store leadership
  • Make sure the team finishes together—not just at the same time

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Reliable transportation home after closing
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Availability to work closing shifts from approximately 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM, including both Fridays and Saturdays

Restaurant or retail leadership experience is helpful, but we're also open to strong team members who are ready to take their first step into management.
