Concierge, The American Club

Specific Responsibilities

• Makes reservations for future or in-house guests for dining, spa, golf, wellness activities and more.
• Provides guests with daily hotel tours and access to the business center.
• Maintains a working knowledge of all resort properties and onsite facilities including hours of operation, as well as daily activities and area attractions.
• Provides guests with information on hotel facilities and history.
• Informs other shifts of daily activities through the use of the Concierge logbook or notes.

Skills/Requirements

• 1-2 years of hospitality or lodging experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of local areas, Kohler's history and The American Club strongly preferred.
• Advanced written and oral communication skills necessary.

Pay

The hourly range for this position is $14.50 - $21.70. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidate's education and work location.

Schedule

This is a full-time position working weekdays and weekends. Shifts vary between 8:00am and 10:00pm.
