Responsibilities
As a Concierge Team Member, you will provide professional and courteous customer service to residents, guests and team members. You will be responsible for all tasks at the Courtesy Desk, Concierge, Starfish Pointe and The Hoy Healthcare Reception Desk, and must be flexible with your schedule and rotating from position to position. You will maintain knowledge of the WCCB community, its services provided to the residents and team members, and ensure HIPAA compliance and resident confidentiality.
- Open automatic doors, compile Social Census, and record daily events when opening Courtesy and The Hoy Center Desk
- Maintain and input resident LOA’s in both the Google spreadsheet and EMR system
- Be aware of daily events, scheduled trips, and new employee onboarding at the Courtesy and Hoy Healthcare Reception Desk
- Understand tasks associated with opening and closing of the POS system, daily accounting, and deposits, including Resident Banking for The Hoy Center
- Report housekeeping, maintenance, or IT issues to appropriate persons, including creating tickets in WorxHub and HelpDesk
- Help maintain and ticket merchandise in the store, and inform supervisor of any items needed or requested
- Process mail and packages, and take and properly process reservations for guest rooms, cot reservations, Reach the Beach, and prehab
- Manage dry cleaning pickup and delivery, and provide other Concierge Services as requested
- Assist with projects, such as maintaining the resident photo album, dining comment cards, monthly addendum, and resident directory
- At the Hoy Healthcare Center Reception Desk, provide assistance to the Hoy Healthcare Center Administrator, maintain listing of all discharges, and upload to Pinnacle and email to appropriate contacts
- Provide weekly discharge notices to Ombudsman, manage office supply ordering, and maintain a current listing of Hoy Center residents and their care plan schedule
Requirements
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- 1 Year experience in customer service, Concierge Service, or Retail Sales
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in Retail or Administrative experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Flu-vaccinated
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a positive, friendly demeanor, be a solution-seeker, and demonstrate high standards for quality of service. They will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
Physical Requirements
The candidate must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, and walk and climb stairs as part of daily tasks.

Pay
Compensation Range: $18.17 - $21.35 (based on relevant experience)
