Concierge Security - Roving Patrol

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer who thrives on building meaningful connections and delivering exceptional customer service in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

About the role

• Full-time, Monday through Friday, 2nd shift (10 a.m. to 6 p.m.)
• Site location: Hazelwood, MO
• Competitive hourly wage of $20/hour with DailyPay available

Responsibilities

• Perform customer service duties: welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control for the premises
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential security risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must pass an extensive screening process
• Minimum age of 21 years
• Valid driver’s license
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
• State security license, if required

Preferred experience: Security, Military, or Law Enforcement.
