Concierge Security Officer

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate should have exceptional customer service skills and be able to provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Tell visitors how their visit can be accommodated
• Verify visitor identities and guide them appropriately
• Manage access control and perform regular patrols
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED
• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• If required, have a state license

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $17 (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Schedule

• Full Time: Tuesday / Wednesday 3PM-11PM Thursday - Saturday 11PM-7AM
• Full Time: Friday-Tuesday 11PM-7AM
