Concierge Security Officer
About the role
GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have a part-time, overnight shift from 11PM to 7AM, working 32 hours per week. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $19.50, with DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees. Responsibilities
- Tell stories that reassure and inspire confidence through engaging with others
- Manage customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
- Perform access control and regular patrols to identify potential risks
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Answer questions in person or by phone
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Pass an extensive screening process
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Basic phone and computer proficiency
- Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus
- A state license may be required
