Concierge Security Officer
About the role
GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer in San Antonio, Texas. The ideal candidate should have exceptional customer service skills and be able to provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass an extensive screening process.
Responsibilities
- Tell visitors how their visit can be accommodated
- Verify visitor identities and guide them to the appropriate areas
- Manage access control and perform regular patrols
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Answer questions in person or by phone
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
Qualifications
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED
- Able to provide documentation of a state license if required
- Pass an extensive screening process
- Have exceptional customer service skills
- Be proficient in basic phone & computer skills
- Have relevant Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience (preferred)

Schedule
Monday- Saturday 9am - 5pm (40 Hours/Full-Time)
Skills
Customer service skills, ability to provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED, and proficiency in basic phone & computer skills are essential. Relevant Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is preferred.
