About the role

As a Concierge Security Officer, you will focus on customer service while working in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers across all shifts. Your ability to build meaningful connections and engage with others will reassure and inspire confidence.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer service duties, including welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• State security license, if required

Prior experience in security, military, or law enforcement is a plus.
