Concierge Registered Nurse, Private Duty

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients' physical, emotional, and environmental needs.
• Develop customized, evidence-based care plans and establish measurable health and wellness goals for each client.
• Oversee the ongoing management of chronic conditions, ensuring proactive and preventative interventions.
• Provide specialized skilled nursing interventions, including post-operative care, wound care, and medication management as needed.
• Serve as a trusted resource by educating clients and their representatives on diagnoses, treatment plans, and self-care strategies.
• Deliver comprehensive wellness support that promotes independence, safety, and an enhanced quality of life for seniors.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted California registered nurse license
• 3 years of experience as a registered nurse
• Home Health experience preferred
• Proof of Negative TB result
• Physical Screening Documentation within the last year
• Active California Drivers license and car insurance
• Cell phone with Internet Access

Pay

Hourly Pay Rate: $48-$75 based on experience. Potential for team bonus.
