Responsibilities

• Provides concierge/clerical support
• Greets visitors and answers phone calls
• Establishes and sustains a high level of customer support as the first representative of Aberdeen Heights that one meets upon entering the facility

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills — ability to deal tactfully with others and respond to situational issues in a patient, positive tone with a "let's find a solution" mindset
• Competent in PC and office software (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Previous experience in a receptionist or concierge position preferred

Pay

From $16.00 per hour
