Concierge - Part Time Midnight Shift

About the role

We are seeking bright, dynamic leaders with a passion for service and a commitment to excellence to join our team as a Concierge. This position is responsible for providing courteous, prompt, and efficient service to all residents and guests in our senior living communities.

Responsibilities

• Greet all residents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Ensure the telephone is answered promptly and calls are directed as needed
• Treat all residents and guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction, always striving to exceed expectations

Qualifications

• One-year experience in the industry or related field
