Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors
• Handle front desk inquiries and assist with daily operations
• Coordinate activities and events for residents
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the concierge area
• Make every resident, family member, and visitor feel as if they are the most important person in our community

Requirements

• 3 years experience as a concierge
• Able to work weekends and holidays
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent work ethic
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized
• Interested in learning and growing your skill set
