Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist residents, guests, and vendors after hoursAnswer and direct calls, respond to inquiries, and relay important messagesMonitor building access and maintain key control for common areasFacilitate after-hours maintenance requests and emergenciesEnter and track work orders in the Worxhub systemPost resident notices and assist with administrative tasks as neededConduct nightly checks of entrances, doors, and common areasRespond to emergencies using our Emergency Broadcast systemMaintain emergency contact lists and assist during critical eventsWhat We’re Looking For:Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsProfessional, calm, and detail-orientedAbility to work independently and follow emergency protocolsComfortable using phones, email, and basic computer systemsPhysically able to walk the property and respond quickly as neededBe the calm and helpful presence our residents rely on after hours.
