Concierge - Part Time

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors with compassion and professionalism.
• Answer phones, take messages, and direct calls/requests to appropriate staff.
• Manage mail, package, and prescription deliveries and distribution.
• Provide information about community amenities and local points of interest.
• Aid in resident needs, from escorting to coordinating small requests.
• Maintain CCTV, fire panels, door alarms, and emergency call systems.
• Conduct regular interior/exterior patrols and investigate unusual activity.
• Keep key/gate pass logs and visitor sign-in/out records.
• Respond to emergencies and communicate urgent resident changes to supervisors.
