Concierge - On Call PRN
Job Summary
Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking a dedicated and passionate Concierge to join our team. This is a part-time, on-call position with flexible scheduling. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience as a concierge, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- First point of contact for residents, families, and visitors
- Assist with daily operations and events
- Handle inquiries and requests from residents and visitors
- Ensure smooth transitions between shifts
- Develop meaningful relationships with residents
Requirements
- No set schedule required, shifts may vary
- 3 years of experience as a concierge
- Able to work weekends and holidays
- Fast-paced environment experience preferred
- Excellent work ethic
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organized
- Passion for working with seniors
