Concierge - On Call PRN

Job Summary

Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking a dedicated and passionate Concierge to join our team. This is a part-time, on-call position with flexible scheduling. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience as a concierge, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for residents, families, and visitors
• Assist with daily operations and events
• Handle inquiries and requests from residents and visitors
• Ensure smooth transitions between shifts
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents

Requirements

• No set schedule required, shifts may vary
• 3 years of experience as a concierge
• Able to work weekends and holidays
• Fast-paced environment experience preferred
• Excellent work ethic
• Strong communication skills
• Highly organized
• Passion for working with seniors
