About the role
As a Private Duty LVN, you will deliver high-quality, one-on-one skilled nursing care to seniors and adults with disabilities in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional hands-on care, including wound care, medication management, and the ongoing monitoring of chronic conditions
- Collaborate closely with physicians, rehabilitation services, and family members to ensure seamless, comprehensive care
- Empower clients and their loved ones by educating them on diagnoses, treatment plans, and wellness strategies
- Meticulous Documentation: Maintain highly organized, accurate, and timely clinical documentation of the exceptional care you provide
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted California LVN license
- Graduation from accredited practical or vocational nursing program
- 1 year of experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse
- Home Health experience preferred
- Proof of Negative TB result
- Physical Screening Documentation within the last year
- Current BLS certification
- Valid California drivers License and insurance Cell phone with internet access
