Summary Statement
The role of the Concierge at Resorts World Las Vegas is to share guests' passions, provide insider access to new and upcoming experiences, and manage their stay seamlessly. Guests can expect personalized assistance with entertainment bookings, amenities, and itineraries.
Primary Job Duties
- Aid in guest entertainment bookings and ensure a seamless concierge experience from pre-arrival to departure.
- Promote Resorts World Las Vegas' outlets and amenities, providing guests with detailed information about restaurants, shows, spas, retail, and pools.
- Respond promptly and discreetly to guest inquiries, offering information on casino events, promotions, and local attractions.
- Coordinate guest itineraries and deliver requested amenities and floral orders.
- Accurately enter reservations into required computer systems and maintain up-to-date knowledge of restaurant, spa, and entertainment information.
- Ensure all Resorts World core values and department standards are implemented and applied.
- Use personal devices/cell phones for job-related tasks, reviewing company documents, and managing station assignments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Polished appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of company and department rules, policies, and procedures.
- At least one year of experience as a Concierge or similar VIP role.
- At least 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred participation in industry associations such as the Southern Nevada Hotel Concierge Association and/or Les Clefs d'Or USA.
- Experience working in a gaming environment with a player tracking system.
- Previous experience in a large, luxury resort setting.
Physical Demands
- Sitting at a desk to assist guests.
- Bending, reaching, transporting, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 10 lbs.
- Eye/hand coordination.
- Compliance with policies and procedures, job descriptions, and daily memorandums.
