Key Responsibilities
- Set up and stock the breakfast area and banquet area with food, beverages, utensils, and supplies.
- Prepare simple breakfast/banquet items such as coffee, toast, oatmeal, pre-packaged foods, and banquet set up.
- Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
- Maintain food quality and temperature, replenishing items as needed.
- Greet guests warmly and answer questions about breakfast offerings.
- Clean and sanitize tables, counters, chairs, and kitchen equipment.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines for food preparation and handling.
- Absorb low-stock items and notify management.
- Break down and clean the breakfast area or banquet area at the end of service.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
