Concierge

About the role

Richardson Properties is seeking a Concierge to provide exceptional service at our beautiful apartment community. This is a part-time position with flexible evening and weekend hours, perfect for someone looking to work 15 to 25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring the clubhouse to ensure all residents and guests follow community rules and procedures
• Assisting residents with requests in the clubhouse and providing support with clubhouse equipment
• Being knowledgeable about the property and sharing information about its features and services
• Listening to resident needs, offering tailored solutions, and providing recommendations for local shopping, dining, nightlife, and recreational destinations
• Supporting clubhouse activities and assisting with events as needed
• Closing and securing the clubhouse at the end of the day
• Performing light office duties and carrying out tasks requested by the Community Director

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• A neat and professional appearance
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and detail-oriented skills
• Dependability and trustworthiness
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
