About the role

Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff—ensuring every guest feels valued, supported, and cared for from the moment they arrive.
Responsibilities
- Answer and transfer all incoming calls in a courteous, professional, and welcoming manner, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
- Provide information, direction, and appropriate assistance to residents, staff, guests, and vendors with professionalism and warmth.
- Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties as assigned to support smooth facility operations.
- Greet and assist potential residents, families, visitors, and vendors, creating a positive and welcoming first impression of the facility.
- Manage both internal and external calls, accurately take messages, and ensure timely communication to appropriate individuals.
- Serve as a central point of contact to coordinate information flow and support day-to-day front-desk operations.
- Maintain a calm, professional presence while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Current and active CNA license in the state strongly preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service role required; experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation with a professional presence, positive attitude, and solution-focused mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, visitors, staff, and individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and demands simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to interact effectively with individuals of varying personalities and temperaments.
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve immediate concerns appropriately.
