Concierge
Responsibilities
- Aid the Facility Management Team with tactical planning.
- Offer facility-specific assistance to the project management team as needed.
- Manage and maintain small facility management tasks as assigned.
- Cook up and coordinate special events in support of the client.
- Support meetings and conference room reservations as needed.
- Coordinate maintenance activities.
- Provide general facility management services, including continuous monitoring of the office/facility.
- Act as an interface with client visitors and guests, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
- Direct and inform vendors, facilities staff, and service providers to ensure excellent coordination and execution of work with minimal disruption.
Requirements
- 2 years’ experience with Facility or Property Administration.
- GED or High School Diploma.
- Superior customer service skills and orientation.
- Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets with the capability of customizing administrative reports.
Qualifications
- Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints.
- Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong written, verbal, and people skills.
- Strong organizational skills and a collaborative style.
Work Environment
This role requires working within an office environment with standard business hours. The position involves regular interaction with vendors, facilities staff, and visitors, necessitating a professional demeanor and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate should be comfortable using standard office technologies, including Microsoft Office Suite, and be adept at handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
