About the role

Addison Group is partnering with our client, a premier transportation and hospitality services provider known for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Their team is dedicated to providing personalized service, seamless logistics, and a high-touch approach for discerning travelers and corporate clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries received via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Coordinate transportation bookings and service requests while ensuring all details are accurate and customized to client preferences
  • Deliver a high-end customer experience for executives, frequent travelers, and other premium clientele
  • Identify client needs and recommend transportation options that align with their requirements
  • Manage schedule changes, special accommodations, and service requests with efficiency and professionalism
  • Partner closely with operations teams to ensure services are delivered accurately and on time
  • Maintain detailed records of reservations, client preferences, and communications within internal systems
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally while maintaining a positive client experience
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality standards
  • Contribute to a collaborative, service-focused team environment committed to exceeding client expectations

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, concierge services, luxury retail, travel, aviation, reservations, or another client-facing environment
  • Experience working with VIP clients or providing high-touch customer service is highly preferred

Qualifications

  • Technical Skills: Comfortable working with reservation systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Soft Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving and customer service abilities, professional demeanor with exceptional attention to detail, ability to remain composed and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, strong relationship-building skills and commitment to service excellence
  • Education: High school diploma required; additional hospitality, business, or customer service training is a plus

Benefits

This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Pay

$50,000 - $52,000 / year

Schedule

Sunday - Thursday, 10am - 6pm
