Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and assisting with their check-in and check-out processes
• Managing guest reservations and ensuring all requests are met
• Providing information on local attractions and activities
• Handling guest complaints and ensuring a positive guest experience
• Assisting with housekeeping and maintenance requests
• Performing light cleaning duties as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
