Requirements
- Assist in the preparation, plating, and serving of food items in accordance with orchard standards.
- Help Chef prepare meals, donuts, ice cream, and farm-favorite menu
- Support kitchen cleanliness and organization by maintaining prep areas, equipment, and utensils.
- Ensure food is stored and handled safely, following all health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting with guests at service counters or during events.
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed throughout the shift.
- Assist with setup, service, and cleanup for on-site private events or seasonal activities.
- Work collaboratively with team members and management to meet service goals
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service, kitchen work, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment.
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items as required
Benefits
- This position offers a starting wage range of $14.00-$23.00 per hour, based on experience, certifications, food safety knowledge, culinary skills, efficiency, and leadership ability
