Responsibilities
- Schedule and assign daily work to a food service team and supervise task completion
- Train and guide staff on job duties, food safety, sanitation procedures, and customer service
- Prepare and build food items according to standardized recipes
- Properly store food adhering to food safety policies
- Set up work stations (prep tables, service counters, hot wells, steam tables, etc.)
- Break down, clean, and sanitize work stations
- Serve food to customers, ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating needs
- Replenish food items and maintain appropriate stock levels
- Maintain excellent customer service and positive interactions with guests, clients, and coworkers
- Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation
- Ensure security of company assets
Job duties may change or new ones may be assigned to meet business commitments.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience in a related role preferred
- Previous food service experience required
- Must be able to acquire food safety certification
- Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
- Excellent customer service skills
This role may include physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking and standing, as well as uniform and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
