Concessions Supervisor, Comerica Park

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Concessions Supervisors to join our team at Comerica Park in Detroit, Michigan.

About the role

As a Concessions Supervisor, you will lead team members to provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced game day environment.

Pay

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assign duties to scheduled team members
• Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
• Verify daily and end-of-month inventory counts for designated areas
• Train new stand employees on concessions operations, including POS system use
• Ensure concessions stands are stocked during and after games; order supplies as needed
• Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary

Requirements

• Experience working in a restaurant is required
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to implement rules and direct employees
• Ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs in a fast-paced environment
• No college degree required

Physical Requirements

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally
• May be required to work outdoors or in variable temperatures, depending on the season
